دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في دعم عملية الاتصال الداخلي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر دراسة حالة: مؤسسة AGRODIV -تقرت-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي يلعبه نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP بأبعاده (دعم الإدارة العليا، إدارة المخزون، إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء، إدارة الموارد البشرية، إعادة هندسة العمليات) في دعم عملية الاتصال الداخلي داخل المؤسسات الجزائرية عموما، وفي مؤسسة مطاحن الواحاتAGRODIV ولاية تقرت بالخصوص، وللإحاطة بالجوانب النظرية للدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع الاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات في الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة، وذلك من خلال اختيار عينة من الموظفين مكونة من )30( موظف، تم استخدام برنامج (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات وذلك بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط و تحليل الانحدار، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP وعملية الاتصال الداخلي في مؤسسة، ويعتبر بعد إدارة المخزون وبعد دعم الإدارة العليا اكثر تأثيرا مقارنة بالأبعاد التفسيرية الاخرى حيث ساهم في تحسين تدفق المعلومات، تقليل الأخطاء، وتعزيز التنسيق داخل مؤسسةAGRODIV

This study aims to determine the role of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with its dimensions (senior management support, inventory management, customer relationship management, human resource management, and business process reengineering), in supporting the internal communication process within Algerian in Enterprise general, and specifically within the AGRODIV Company in Touggourt Province. To address the theoretical aspects of the study, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool for the applied aspect. A sample of (30) employees was selected, and the SPSS software was used to analyze the data, relying on arithmetic means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and regression analysis, The study concluded with several key findings, most notably a statistically significant relationship between the use of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and internal communication processes within an organization. The dimension of inventory management and top management support proved to be the most influential compared to the other explanatory dimensions, contributing to improved information flow, reduced errors, and enhanced coordination within the AGRODIV
