Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين جودة الخدمة المصرفية من خلال دراسة حالة بنك الوطني الجزائري وكالة توقرت خلال السداسي الثاني من الموسم الجامعي 2026، بحيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع المعلومات انطلاق من عينية مكونة من 70 استبيان موزعة على عملاء البنك، وتمت معالجة البيانات بواسطة برنامج SPSS حيث ضم الاستبيان (36) بندا. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للتكنولوجيا المالية علي تحسين جودة الخدمة المصرفية في البنك الوطني الجزائري وكالة توقرت.

This study aims to identify the role of financial technology in improving the quality of banking services through a cause study of the National Bank of Algeria, Touggourt Agncy, during the second smester of the 2026 academic year. The descriptive analytical method was used, and the questionnaire wase adopted as the main tool for data collection from a sample consisting of 70 questionnaires distributed to the banks customers.The data were processed using the SPSS program, and 36 valid questionnaires were retained, Thestudy reached serveral results, the moste important of which is that thre is a statistically significant effect of financial technology on improvig the quality of banking services at th national bank of Algeria, Touggourt Agency.
