أثر الرقمنة على تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى تأثير الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية الصحية من وجهة نظر الموظفين بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بورقلة وبوجه الخصوص الاداريين و الطاقم الطبي، و قد تم استخدام منهج المقابلة و المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استخدام الإستبانة لجمع البيانات، وايضا تم استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي Spss لتحليل تلك البيانات و معالجتها، حيث تم توزيع الإستبيان على عينة حجمها 50موظف، و قد توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية اهمها: ــــ وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية بين الرقمنة و الخدمات العمومية الصحية بالمستشفى ــــ الرقمنة تساعد في تبسيط الإجراءات الادارية. ـــ تساهم الرقمنة في تقليل البيروقراطية و توفير الوقت و الجهد. ـــ اثبت التحليل الانحدار ان رقمنه الاجراءات والخدمات هو البعد الاكثر تأثير في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية داخل المؤسسة

This study aimed to identify the extent to which digitization affects the improvement of public health services from the perspective of employees at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla, particularly administrative staff and medical personnel. The study relied on the interview method and the descriptive-analytical approach through the use of a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. In addition, the statistical software SPSS was used to analyze and process the collected data. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 employees. The study reached several important findings, the most notable of which are: • The existence of a positive correlation between digitization and public health services within the hospital. • Digitization helps simplify administrative procedures. • Digitization contributes to reducing bureaucracy and saving time and effort. • Regression analysis proved that the digitization of procedures and services is the most influential dimension in improving public services within the institution.
