أثر الرقمنة في تحسين التسيير الإداري في المؤسسة – دراسة حالة وكالة التنمية الاجتماعية (ADS) الفرع الجهوي بورقلة – لثلاثي الثاني لسنة 2026

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث فيما إذا كان هناك أثر للرقمة في تحسين التسيير الإداري في المؤسسة حيث تم دراسة وكالة التنمية الإجتماعية فرع الجهوي بورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري لكونه مناسبا لعرض مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالدراسة وفي الجانب التطبيقي تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية، وذلك لتفسير العلاقة بين الرقمنة و التسيير الإداري، حيث تضم عينة الدراسة 52 موظف في المؤسسة قصدية بشكل عشوائي، خلال الثلاثي الثاني لسنة 2026. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - يوجد مستوى مرتفع لتطبيق الرقمنة داخل وكالة التنمية الاجتماعية الفرع الجهوي بورقلة. - يوجد مستوى مرتفع لفعالية التسيير الإداري داخل وكالة التنمية الاجتماعية الفرع الجهوي بورقلة. - يوجد تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية للرقمنة على تحسيين التسيير الإداري في وكالة التنمية الاجتماعية الفرع الجهوي بورقلة. - لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للرقمنة والتسيير الإداري تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية

This study aimed to investigate whether digitalization has an impact on improving administrative management within an organization. The study was conducted at the Regional Branch of the Social Development Agency in Ouargla. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive approach was employed in the theoretical part, as it was deemed appropriate for presenting the various concepts related to the research topic. In the empirical part, statistical methods were used to examine and interpret the relationship between digitalization and administrative management. The study sample consisted of 52 employees from the institution during the second quarter of 2026. The findings revealed the following: - There is a high level of digitalization implementation within the Regional Branch of the Social Development Agency in Ouargla. - There is a high level of effectiveness in administrative management within the Regional Branch of the Social Development Agency in Ouargla. - Digitalization has a statistically significant impact on improving administrative management in the Regional Branch of the Social Development Agency in Ouargla. - There are no statistically significant differences in digitalization and administrative management attributable to demographic variables
