| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to investigate the contribution of digital transformation to improving the financial performance of economic institutions in the wilaya of Ouargla, by examining four elements of digital transformation: information organization, service digitalization, modern technologies, and electronic payment, and their impact on financial performance indicators such as turnover, costs, productivity, profitability, resource management, and cash flows, The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and was conducted on a sample of 93 employees from five leading institutions: Mobilis, Djezzy, Ooredoo, Algérie Télécom, and Algérie Poste. Data were analyzed using SPSS v.26, employing Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, ANOVA, and Kruskal-Wallis tests. The results confirmed a statistically significant positive effect of digital transformation on financial performance at a significance level of (α ≤ 0.05), explaining 11.7% of its total variance. Information organization and electronic payment proved to be the most strongly associated dimensions with financial performance, while artificial intelligence and robotic process automation remain in their early stages. No statistically significant differences were recorded based on job position or years of experience, whereas institutional affiliation showed significant variation in the degree of digital implementation | - |
