أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في دعم قرارات سلسلة التوريد دراسة حالة في مؤسسة سونلغاز-ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى تقديم وتحليل وتفسير أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في دعم قرارات سلاسل التوريد في شركة سونلغاز ورقلة وقد تحدد مكونات وابعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات (مكونات المادية والبرمجيات، شبكات الاتصال، قواعد البيانات، موارد البشرية) لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان والمقابلة والملاحظة كأدوات جمع البيانات من افراد العينة التي بلغ عددها 33موظف تم استخدامها الرزمة الإحصائية spss لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة وفي ضوء ذلك، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتطوير نظم المعلومات المعتمدة، مع تكوين العاملين على استعمال الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة بما يساهم في تحسين جودة القرارات داخل المؤسسة

The study aimed to present, analyze, and interpret the impact of Information Technology (IT) on supporting supply chain decisions at Sonelgaz Ouargla. The dimensions of Information Technology examined in the study included hardware and software, communication networks, databases, and human resources. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive research method was adopted. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observation from a sample of 33 employees. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the questionnaire data. Based on the findings, the study recommended strengthening the use of Information Technology, developing the existing information systems, and providing employees with training on the use of modern technological tools. These measures would contribute to improving the quality of decision-making within the organization
