This study aims to identify the extent to which automated conversations contribute to improving customer satisfaction at Mobilis Bourgla, by revealing their usage patterns, identifying the most relied upon channels, and evaluating their quality in terms of speed, accuracy, and ease of use. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting data, as it was distributed to a sample of 62 individuals from the clients of the Mobilis Bourgla institution. The results of the study showed: - The use of automated chats is widespread among Mobilis customers, with a heavy reliance on them for quick daily services such as charging credit, knowing offers, and inquiring about services, which reflects a clear shift towards digital channels in dealing with the organization, with a preference for the website and then Facebook Messenger as the most used channels. - Customers' evaluation of the quality of automated conversations was generally positive, especially in terms of ease of use, interface design, and ease of access to the service, while some observations were recorded related to the speed of response and accuracy of information, in addition to limited difficulties in understanding some inquiries. - Mobilis customers' satisfaction with automated chat services is high, as they have contributed to saving time and effort compared to telephone calls, and have increased customers' confidence in digital services, with a strong intention to continue using them and recommending them to others. - Supporting local dialects such as Algerian and Amazigh contributed to improving understanding and enhancing linguistic and cultural proximity between the organization and its customers, which had a positive impact on the user experience. |
