الأمن النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال طيف التوحد (دراسة عيادية لحالتين بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعوقين ذهنيا المجاهد عمر بن جلول ـ تقرت ـ)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى أمهات الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد.وكذلك دراسة الفروق في الأمن النفسي باختلاف المتغيرات الاجتماعية الديموغرافية.وأيضا معرفة معاناة أمهات أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد من ارتفاع في مستوى الأمن النفسي تعزى لمتغير عمر الأم ,الحالة الاجتماعية ,عدد الأطفال,بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن اختلاف درجة الأمن النفسي لدى أمهات أفراد العينة تبعا لشدة اضطراب الطفل. تكونت عينة البحث 2 من أمهات الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد تم اختيارهم عن طريقة قصدية من المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعوقين ذهنيا عمر جلول ـ تقرت ـ ,طبق عليهم مقياس الأمن النفسي لزينب شقير 2005.وتم استخدام المنهج العيادي(الإكلينيكي)وهو الأنسب لدراسة الحالة. أظهرت نتائج البحث عن وجود مستوى الأمن النفسي مرتفع لدى أمهات الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد,وكذلك وجود ارتباطمرتفع في الأمن النفسي لدى أفراد العينة (بالدعم الأسري,الوضع الاقتصادي)حول مستقبل الطفل,وأيضا اختلاف درجة الأمن النفسي لدى أمهات أفراد العينة تبعا لشدة اضطراب الطفل. The current study aimed to identify the level of psychological security among mothers of children with autism. It also aimed to study the differences in psychological security according to different socio-demographic variables. It also aimed to find out if the mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder suffer from a high level of psychological security attributable to the variables of the mother's age, marital status, and number of children, in addition to revealing the difference in the degree of psychological security among the mothers of the sample according to the severity of the child's disorder. The research sample consisted of 2 mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder who were selected purposively from the Omar Jalloul Psycho-Pedagogical Center for Mentally Handicapped Children - Touggourt - and the psychological security scale of Zeinab Chaqir 2005 was applied to them. The clinical method was used, which is the most appropriate for studying the case. The research results showed a high level of psychological security among the mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder, as well as a high correlation in psychological security among the sample members (with family support, economic status) regarding the child’s future, and also a difference in the degree of psychological security among the mothers of the sample members according to the severity of the child’s disorder.
