دور الصناديق المتخصصة في دعم وتمويل المشاريع الصحية ( دراسة مقارنة بين صندوق عافية للاستثمار السعودي والجزائري )

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الحيوي للصناديق المتخصصة في دعم وتمويل المشاريع الصحية من خلال تحليل و مقارنة تجربة كل من صندوق عافية السعودي وصندوق عافية الجزائري وإجراء مقارنة بينهما. حيث تسعى الدراسة لمعرفة مدى فعالية هذه الصناديق في دعم وتمويل المشاريع الصحية. وقد تبين من خلال البحث أن صندوق عافية السعودي حقق خطوات متقدمة نحو تحقيق النجاح في تمويل شركات رائدة، وذلك بفضل اعتماده على شركة مسيرة له تعتبر خبيرة دولياً وهي (TVM Capital Healthcare). كما تخلص الدراسة إلى أن التمويل المبتكر يمكن أن يتحول من مجرد وسيلة لتحقيق عائد مالي إلى أداة فعالة لتحقيق أثر اجتماعي وتحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية.This study aimed to highlight the vital role of specialized funds in supporting and financing healthcare projects through analyzing the experience of both the Saudi Afia Fund and the Algerian Afia Fund, and conducting a comparison between them. The study seeks to determine the extent to which these funds are effective in supporting and financing healthcare projects. The research findings revealed that the Saudi Afia Fund has made significant progress toward achieving success in financing leading companies, thanks to its reliance on an internationally experienced fund management company, namely (TVM Capital Healthcare). The study also concludes that innovative financing can evolve from being merely a means of generating financial returns into an effective tool for achieving social impact and improving the quality of healthcare services.
