Abstract: This project introduces a safe, efficient, and high-precision induction heating method designed to provide rapid and controlled heat generation without direct contact between the heating source and the workpiece. The system operates based on the fundamental principle of Ohm's law, where heat is generated within the metallic object itself due to its electrical resistance. Unlike conventional heating techniques that rely on external heat transfer, this approach produces heat internally, resulting in higher efficiency, faster response, and improved energy utilization. The heating process is achieved through electromagnetic induction. A high-frequency alternating current flows through a specially designed induction coil, generating a rapidly changing magnetic field around the coil.
