أثر الإبتكار الرقمي على إستدامة سلاسل الإمداد "دراسة حالة شركة سوناطراك، المديرية الجهوية لحوض بركاوي، ورقلة خلال شهر أفريل2026"

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير الإبتكار الرقمي على تحقيق إستدامة سلاسل الإمداد شركة سوناطراك، المديرية الجهوية لحوض بركاوي، ورقلة، ولتحقيق ذلك، تم إعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، من خلال إستبانة وُزِّعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قدرت ب 40 موظف من موظفي قسم التموين والنقل، وحُللت بياناتها ببرنامج SPSS. توصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر مرتفع لأبعاد الابتكار الرقمي شركة سوناطراك، المديرية الجهوية لحوض بركاوي، ورقلة، بالإضافة الى وجود أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الابتكار الرقمي (ابتكار المنتج، ابتكار العمليات الرقمية، ابتكار نموذج الاعمال، ابتكار تجربة العميل) على استدامة سلاسل الامداد بالمديرية الجهوية لحوض بركاوي، في حين تبيّن غياب الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية تبعاً للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية. ومن أبرز توصيات الدراسة ضرورة تعزيز تبني الحلول الرقمية اللوجستية بصفة منتظمة ومتكاملة، وإدراجها ضمن الأنظمة المعلوماتية للمديرية، بهدف تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتعزيز الاستدامة في جميع أبعادها.

This study aimed to identify the impact of digital innovation on achieving supply chain sustainability at Sonatrach Company, Regional Directorate of the Berkaoui Basin, Ouargla. To accomplish this, the descriptive-analytical approach and the case study method were adopted, through a questionnaire distributed to a simple random sample of 40 employees from the Supply and Transport Department, with data analyzed using SPSS software. The study found a high impact of digital innovation dimensions at Sonatrach Company, Regional Directorate of the Berkaoui Basin, Ouargla. It also revealed a statistically significant effect of digital innovation dimensions (product innovation, digital process innovation, business model innovation, and customer experience innovation) on supply chain sustainability at the Regional Directorate of the Berkaoui Basin. Meanwhile, no statistically significant differences were found based on personal and occupational variables. Among the most notable recommendations of the study is the necessity of promoting the adoption of digital logistics solutions on a regular and integrated basis, and incorporating them within the directorate's information systems, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and enhancing sustainability across all its dimensions.
