Abstract: RésuméLe présent travail porte sur l’étude du régime alimentaire de la Chouette effraie Tyto alba (Scopoli, 1759) à travers l’analyse des pelotes de réjections dans deux stations (El-Atteuf et Sebseb) sise à Ghardaïa. L’analyse de 343 pelotes, nous a permet d’identifier 5 catégories trophiques représentées avec un total de 803 individus. Les oiseaux sont les plus consommés par ce prédateur (AR = 77,2 %) notamment avec Passer sp. (33,1 %). Ils sont suivis par les rongeurs (AR = 16,9 %). De même en fonction des saisons, les oiseaux très abondants à El-Atteuf avec Oenanthe deserti (AR = 42,9 %) et à Sebseb avec Streptopelia sp. (AR = 28,3 %). En termes de biomasse les oiseaux dominent à El-Atteuf (B = 96,3 %) et à Sebseb (B = 88,8 %), qu’en termes globales (B = 94,2 %). Les proies les plus saisissantes sont Streptopelia sp. (B = 46,8 %) et Columba livia (B = 33,2 %). En termes des saisons, Streptopelia sp. est la proie la plus saisissante en biomasse durant les quatres saisons notamment en été (B = 55,2 %), en automne (B = 45,3 %), en hiver (B =43,9 %) et au printemps (B = 50,6 %) à El-Atteuf. La Chouette effraie est considérée comme un prédateur généraliste (E = 0,66) à Ghardaïa, caractérisée par un régime diversifié. AbstractThe present work is about the survey of the food diet through the analysis of the pellets of rejections of the Owl barn Tyto alba (Scopoli, 1759) in two stations (El-Atteuf and Sebseb) situated in Ghardaïa. The analysis of 343 balls, has allowed us to identify 5 categories trophic represented with a total of 803 individuals. The birds are the more clear soups by this predator (AR = 77.2%) notably with to Passer sp. (33.1%). They are followed by the rodents (AR = 16.9%). in the same way according to the seasons, the birds dominate in El-Atteuf (AR = 42.9%) with Oenanthe deserti and in Sebseb (AR = 28.3%) with Streptopelia sp. In terms of biomass the birds dominate in El-Atteuf (B = 96.3%) and in Sebseb (B = 88.8%), that (is) in global terms (B = 94.2%). The most striking preys are Streptopelia sp. (B = 46.8%), Columba livia (B = 33.2%). In terms of seasons, Streptopelia sp. is notably the most striking (dominant) prey in biomass during the four seasons in summer (B = 55.2%), in fall (B = 45.3%), in winter (B =43.9%) and in the spring (B = 50.6%) in El-Atteuf. The Owl barn is a general predatory practitioner (E = 0.66), characterized by a varied régime.
