الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه المدرسي من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجیه المدرسي دارسة استكشافیة ببعض ثانویات ورقلة وغردایة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالیة للكشف عن مستوى الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجیه وفقا للمتغیرات التالیة التخصص ،الاقدمیة (سنوات العمل ) ، وتتمحور هذه الدراسة حول تساؤلات التالیة: 1 - ما مستوى الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه لدى مستشاري التوجیه ؟ 2 - هل یختلف الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه باختلاف التخصص؟ 3 - هل یختلف الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه باختلاف الأقدمیة ؟ 4 - ما هي اقتراحات مستشاري التوجیه لتفعیل مهام مستشار التوجیه المدرسي مستقبلا ؟ أما فرضیات الدراسة: 1 - الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه غیر فعال . 2 - یختلف الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه باختلاف التخصص . 3 - یختلف الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه بالاختلاف الاقدمیة. 4 - اقتراحات مستشاري التوجیه لتفعیل مهام مستشار التوجیه المدرسي مستقبلا إیجابیة. كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ،و تم تطبیق استبیان یقیس الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه و الذي تم التأكد من خصائصه السیكومتریة ،و قد تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على ( 46 ) مستشار من ولایتي ورقلة، غردایة وباستخدام الأسالیب الإحصائیة المتمثلة في (النسب المئویة ،تحلیل التباین اختبار "ت" لعینتین غیر متساویتین و كانت النتائج التالي: 1 - الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه فعال . 2 - لا یوجد اختلاف في الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه باختلاف التخصص. 3 - لا یوجد اختلاف في الأداء الواقعي لمهام مستشار التوجیه باختلاف الاقدمیة. The present study aimed to detect level of performance of the functions of realististic guidance counselor from the viewpoint of guidance counselors ،in Accordance with the following variables specialty، seniority( years of work) and the following questions: 1-what is the level of performance of the functions of realistic guidance counselor with the guidance counselors? 2-is it different from the real performance of the functions of guidance counselor according to specialty? 3-does the performance of the functions of guidance counselor depending on seniority ? 4- what are the proposals for guidance counselors te activate the functions of school guidance in the future? The hypotheses of the study : 1-the real performance of the functions of guidance counselor is ineffective. 2- the real performance of the functions of guidance counselor differs according to specialty . 3- the real performance of the functions of guidance counselor differs according to senioroity 4-proposals of guidance counselors te activate the functions of school guidance are positive the future. lt has also been relying on the descriptive approach ,and a questionnaire has been applied to measure the performance of the functions of the real guidance counselor was confirmed psychometric properties، and has been conducting this study 46، a consultant from the states of Ghardaia and Ouargla. Using statistical methods of (percentages, analysis of variance ,the test "T" is equal to two samples) and the results were the following : 1-the real performance of the functions of guidance counselor is effective . 2- there are no differences in the performance of the functions of realistic guidance counselor according to specialty. 3- there are no differences in the performance of the functions of realistic guidance counselor according on seniority.
