Abstract: The purpose of our study is to identify the significant role played by physical activity education in the liberation of the characteristic shyness, and also know the nature of the relationship between each of the shame and sports practice, knowledge of the differences in shame and practice sports as a result of the exercise by sex . And we used the descriptive manner scale, and included the study sample (287) male and female pupils of the high school students of the city Touggourt, and we used a measure of shame for each of the Flip Carter and Ken Contact tools for study, where we used the method of application and re-application of the test to reach that physical activity sports Alterbaa his role in Aharr of characteristic shyness, during the share of physical education and sports live pupil different positions including those related to psychological factors and factor observed, present in abundance in the fields of physical education classes and sports and this is evident when students, especially in the teen group where there are, and including with respect to the positions where they were being quota per se, but this has become a physical education and sport core subject taught in educational institutions and their complete educational aspects and enhance the learning process and skills of sports, became their systems sound an important area of education, and is an effective element in the preparation of young people good and providing the expertise, skills and wide, being able to reduce the phenomenon of shame, which is a psychological condition can be overcome by physical activity sports education for both sexes.
