Abstract

Contemporary world is witnessing successive developments in various fields , including information and communication technology that has been used in several fields , including the banking sector , which adopted this technology in the work being done , and the services that it provides to its customers. Where banks replaced the mechanisms that have been used by traditional methods modern mechanisms in the overall business of detecting and opening an account , the process of transfer of funds , opening credit , debit ... and other operations. The technology used in this field do not affect the quality of these processes on the contrary, credit and speed with the most prominent features of modern banking. In contrast , we find that the banks have introduced services and payment methods which , as has been replaced by paper props , and manual procedures in ways that electronic over the web and in different ways and variety , such as ATMs , mobile banking , and electronic clearing service ... and others. It also adopted the banks to repay the modern ways , different to what it was in the past , to fit in with the nature of the banking business and the nature of modern e-commerce of the current world of speed and progress . The bank cards and electronic money and smart cards and electronic checks the most important means used in the payment and fulfillment.
