تأثير الأزمة المالية العالمية2008 على كفاءة الأسواق المالية العربية دراسة حالة سوق دبي المالي خلال الفترة 2005-2010

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار مدى تأثير الأزمة المالية العالمية 2008 على كفاءة سوق دبي المالي، و ذلك بدراسة أثرها على الأداء المالي للسوق بالإضافة إلى قياس كفاءة السوق عند المستوى الضعيف للكفاءة قبل و بعد الأزمة و ذلك خلال الفترة من سنة 2005 إلى غاية سنة 2010، و للقيام بذلك قمنا باستعمال مجموعة من الاختبارات و المتمثلة في اختبار ديكي فولر و فيليبس و بيرون و اختبار BDS و استعمال الرسم البياني و التي تم تطبيقها على سلسلة الأسعار اليومية للمؤشر العام لسوق دبي المالي و تم الاعتماد على كل من برنامج Excel 2007 و برنامج Eviews 8. و قد تم التوصل إلى أن الأزمة المالية العالمية أثرت على أداء سوق دبي المالي، و أن السوق كفء عند المستوى الضعيف خلال فترة الدراسة.

Abstract The study aims to choose the range of the impact of the global financial crisis in 2008 on the efficiency of the Dubai Financial Market, by examining its impact on the financial performance of the market; in addition to measuring the efficiency of the market at the low level of efficiency before and after the crisis, during the period from 2005 until 2010 ;To do so, we use a set of tests which are "Dickey Fuller","Phillips Perron" and BDS tests, also the use of the chart which has been applied to a series of general daily price index of the Dubai Financial Market, and has been relied on each of the program Excel 2007, and Eviews8. Eventually, what has been reached that the global financial crisis affected the performance of the Dubai market, and that the market is efficient at low level during the study period.
