Abstract

This article aims to illustrate the role of feed-back in development of lesson execution skills, in-service training; taking into consideration that feed-back as a tool to evaluate teacher level performance, objectively; we will talk about two kinds of feed-back oral feed-back and audiovisual feed-back, and the advantages of the second one compared with oral feed-back as a traditional method used by supervisors in Algeria
