Abstract: | - Identify strategies prevailing thinking among the students of the Graduate School of Education professors technical Oran. - And determine the relationship between the strength and the kind of thinking strategies by gender and specialty. - To test this hypothesis researcher has chosen a random sample of students in graduate school professors Technical Education Oran strength of 220 personnel, used a list of ways of thinking to Sternberg & Wagner (1991) and the Cart and Kiffa Mr. Mohammed Abu Hashim (2004) on the Arab environment, after confirmation and persistence on the environment through the Algerian pilot study on a sample of 75 individuals. After data collection and analysis system using statistical packages (spss20) study found the following results. - Way of thinking is common when the study sample method is then immediately followed by the legislative method hierarchy, and Liberal style . - The males prefer to legislative method, hierarchical, and monarchical style. - And female prefer hierarchical method, legislative, and liberal style. - With regard to the preference of the way of thinking by disciplines that Arabic language teachers prefer legislative method, hierarchical, and Liberal style. - As for the professors to management prefer legislative method, liberal, and Hierarchical style. - While we find professors Electronic prefer hierarchical method, legislative, and Monarchical style. - The professors of math prefer to hierarchical method, legislative, and External style. |
