Abstract

In light of changes witnessed by the international arena, it has become of interest social responsibility preoccupation of institutions in all countries, developing and developed, so as to impact of the work of the institution and its effectiveness, as has become one of the biggest challenges facing managers on the one hand and the owners institution on the other. Institutions began providing social obligations direction of their communities to give up a lot of unwanted phenomena, such as providing special interest for the public interest when a conflict of interest, lack of access to equal opportunities for job applicants unauthorized disclosure of secrets and other institution.
