dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to identify to assess the extent of the commitment of the Jordanian Islamic banks to the principles of corporate governance and to achieve that goal questionnaire was designed and distributed to the population of the study of the four Islamic banks in Jordan by 30 questionnaire. The results of the study show the presence of statistically significant differences between the study sample averages Answers in assessing the Jordanian Islamic banks commitment to the principles of corporate governance. The study results showed that Islamic banks adhere to the principles of governance in terms of the Bank's performance and safety of his financial, and strive to achieve the strategic goals and the values and standards of business, and responsibilities, and the presence of the principles and concepts of the executive management team, as well as the independence of auditors and internal controls, policies wages and bonuses, as well as the existence of transparency, as well as the structure of the Bank's operations and legislative environmenten_US
