Abstract: The external funding for something so important to the economic establishment , especially if this funding and who is always a great deal of interest , as it allows them the opportunity to exploit it for as long as the gains achieved and returns the largest and lowest cost . the Bonds is the most important tool long-term funding , and we will try in this study revealed the impact of the following bonds on the profitability of the organization - which is the focus of most of the managers in order to improve the performance of the institution - which is done by applying the proportions of each of the cost-effectiveness of financial and cost-effectiveness of economic budgets complex SONELGAZ The conclusion of the impact of the crane during the years of the study and analysis of the primary outcome . To find out the reasons that led to this result , we analyzed the compounds of both costeffectiveness and financial impact of the crane to find out where is the negative impact of financing bonds in that period which has seen the deterioration of the impact of leverage , in order to reduce the factors that cause them to work to minimize them , Regarding the periods which witnessed the positive impact of financing bonds and so honored to receive a positive impact crane We also discussed about the reasons that led to such a positive outcome for their development and conservation.
