Abstract

Résumé en français: le sujet de la privatisation des banques publiques en Algérie , le sujet est sensible , le fait que le système bancaire dans ce dernier souffre encore de lacunes sont nombreuses, malgré les efforts déployés par le gouvernement à travers quelques-unes des réformes menées par l'indépendance de Guérison , surtout après la promulgation de la loi 90/10 sur la trésorerie et le prêt et qui était la restructuration du système bancaire , mais que ces efforts sont insuffisants pour mener à bien la privatisation des banques publiques algériennes à dominer la majorité du secteur bancaire , que ce soit pour le succès de la privatisation doit être la réhabilitation et la restructuration de ces banques, dans les nouvelles variables afin de faire face à de nouveaux développements qui se produisent dans les systèmes économiques mondiaux , et c'est ce qui fait de l'Algérie retard dans la privatisation des banques publiques à ce jour et ne reflète pas sur le terrain , malgré l'adoption de l'idée de la privatisation de la banque. English summary: the subject of privatization of public banks in Algeria, the subject is sensitive , the fact that the banking system in the latter still suffers from shortcomings are many , despite the efforts made by the government through some of the reforms carried out by the Mend independence , especially after the issuance of Law 90/10 on the cash and the loan and who was re- structuring of the banking system , but that these efforts are insufficient to carry out the privatization of banks Algerian public as to dominate the majority of the banking sector , as it is for the success of privatization has to be rehabilitation and restructuring of these banks within the new variables in order to keep up with new developments that occur in the global economic systems , and this is what made Algeria delay in the privatization of public banks so far and not reflected on the ground despite the adoption of the idea of privatization of banking.
