The impact of knowledge sharing in the development of collective competencies Study practice in the company MEDETRAM Algiers

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to show the impact of knowledge sharing on the development of collective skills in the context of the company "MEDETRAM" .The researchers designed a study model with two independent and dependent variables and used SPSS and the most appropriate statistical methods software. The results showed a positive effect between the two variables and based on this, the study recommends strengthening the collaborative environment to enable dynamic transition to collective skills.
