دور أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في انتقاء المواهب الشابة في كرة اليد وتوجيهها نحو الأندية المختصة " دراسة ميدانية متخصصة حول أساتذة التعليم المتوسط دائرة تقرت الكبرى"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية و دور أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في انتقاء المواهب الشابة في كرة اليد و توجيهها نحو الأندية المختصة ،وأيضا هل تلقى هذه المواهب العناية و المتابعة من طرف الأستاذ، وهل يتحسن أداء هذه المواهب بعد توجيهها لنوادي الخاصة ،وقد قمنا بصياغة الفرضية العامة لهذا البحث التي نصت على انه "يلعب أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية دور في عملية انتقاء المواهب الشابة في كرة اليد و توجيهها نحو الأندية المختصة منخلال توفر عدة عوامل وشروط" وقد قمنا بصياغة ثلاثة فرضيات جزئية تبعا لهذه الفرضية و اعتمدنا في دراستنا لهذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق هذه الفرضيات ، و تمثلت عينة البحث في أستاذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط على مستوى دائرة تقرت الكبرى، وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (29) أستاذا منهم تم اختيارها بصفة عشوائية ،وتم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان التي وزعت على هؤلاء الأساتذة وتم تحليل النتائج بعد جمعنا للاستمارات الاستبيان و تفريغ نتائجها وذلك و فقا للمنهج التحليلي السالف الذكر،الذي مكننا من التأكد من صحة الفرضية العامة و الفرضيات الجزئية للبحث، وقد خرجنا في الأخير بعدة استنتاجات و توصيات أهمها:ضرورةرعايةالفئةالموهوبة في كرة اليدوذلكبتخصيصمدارسلهمبحيثتوفرلهمعنايةخاصةوتعد لهمالبرامجالتيتتلاءممعهم وكذلك توفيرخبراتتربويةغنيةتهتمبقدراتالموهوبينوتتمثلفيالأساتذةالأكفاء من أجل النهوض برياضة كرة اليد و الرياضة الجزائرية بصفة عامة.

This study at miss to show the importance of the role of the teacher of physical and sportive education in selecting the young talents in hand-ball and directing them to specialized clubs.Our study to miss also to seek if these young talents have lot of care and follow-up by their teachers, and if these young talents’ performance develops after they join those clubs. In addition, our research problem is: “The teacher of physical and sportive education has a great role in selecting the young talents in hand-ball and in directing them to specialized clubs throughout the availability of some factors and some conditions”. Our hypothesis is limited in three partial hypotheses relative to this one, and we rely on the descriptive analytical method in this research in order to reach those hypotheses. We take the teachers of physical and sportive education in middle schools of the region of TOUGGOURT as a sample of our study. We choose 29 teachers randomly to answer the question of our questionnaire, and we take the results from those questionnaires according to the method mentioned before, through which we confirm the validity of the general hypothesis and the specific hypotheses of our research. At the end of our research, we conclude that: we must take care of this talented category in hand-ball by building some schools to them where they find special acre and special program which fit their skills, as they find many competent teachers in order to rise the sport of hand-ball and the Algerian sports in general.
