علاقة الذكاء الوجداني بفاعلية الذات لدى طلاب السنة الثانية ثانوي بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني وفاعلية الذات لدى عينة من طلبة السنة الثانية ثانوي بمدينة ورقلة، وقد حددت إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤلات التالية: 1- ما مستوى فاعلية الذات لدى أفراد العينة ؟ 2- هل هناك علاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني( بأبعاده المكونة له ) وفاعلية الذات لدى أفراد العينة ؟ 3- هل توجد فروق في فاعلية الذات لدى أفراد العينة تعزى إلى تفاعل كل من الجنس والتخصص الأكاديمي ؟ 4- هل توجد فروق في الذكاء الوجداني لدى أفراد العينة تعزى إلى تفاعل كل من الجنس والتخصص الأكاديمي ؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم صياغة الفرضيات الآتية: 1- نفترض أن مستوى فاعلية ذات لدى أفراد العينة يكون مرتفعا. 2- توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الوجداني( بأبعاده المكونة له ) وفاعلية الذات لدى أفراد العينة . 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات لدى أفراد العينة تعزى إلى تفاعل كل من جنس الطالب و تخصصه الأكاديمي ( علمي – أدبي ) . 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرجة الكلية للذكاء الوجداني لدى أفراد العينة تعزى إلى تفاعل كل من جنس الطالب وتخصصه الأكاديمي( علمي – أدبي ) . و قد تكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من(300) طالب وطالبة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من بين الطلبة الذين يدرسون بأقسام السنة الثانية ثانوي بثانويات مدينة ورقلة خلال السنة الدراسية (2012 – 2013). كما تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات على بطارية متكونة من مقياسين وهما: - مقياس الذكاء الوجداني من إعداد عثمان ورزق (2001) وطوره سالم علي الغرايبية بما يناسب البيئة السعودية وطلبة المرحلة الثانوية. - مقياس فاعلية الذات الذي أعده محمود كاظم محمود (2008) لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية. وتم الاطمئنان لصلاحية هذين المقياسين من خلال إجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية لغرض حساب الخصائص السيكومترية قبل تطبيقها في الدراسة الأساسية، وعولجت البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS 16.0) ، وانتهت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - أولا: مستوى فاعلية الذات كان متوسطا لدى أفراد العينة، حيث سجلت نسبة (%00) للمستوى المنخفض، و(80.66%) للمستوى المتوسط، و(19.33%) للمستوى المرتفع. - ثانيا: توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل بعد من أبعاد الذكاء الوجداني و فاعلية الذات، وبين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الذكاء الوجداني وفاعلية الذات لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. - ثالثا: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات لدى طلبة السنة الثانية ثانوي تعزى إلى تفاعل الجنس والتخصص الأكاديمي. - رابعا: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الوجداني تعزى إلى تفاعل الجنس والتخصص الأكاديمي. وقد تم تحليل وتفسير هذه النتائج في ضوء الدراسات السابقة، والتراث النظري.

The present study aimed to clarify the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy among a sample of students in the second year of secondary Ouargla, the study has identified the problem in the following questions: 1 - What is the level of the self-efficacy ? 2 - Is there a relationship between emotional intelligence (dimensions of his constituents) and self-efficacy among the members of the sample? 3 - Are there differences in self-efficacy among the members of the sample attributed to the interaction of each sex and academic specialization? 4 - Are there differences in emotional intelligence among members of the sample attributed to the interaction of each sex and academic specialization? To address these questions, the following hypotheses were formulated: 1 - assume that the level of effectiveness among the members of the sample is high. 2 - There is a statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence (dimensions of his constituents) and self-efficacy among the members of the sample. 3 - There were statistically significant differences in self-efficacy among the members of the sample attributed to the interaction of each of the student's race and his academic (scientific - literary). 4 - There were statistically significant differences in the overall degree of emotional intelligence among members of the sample attributed to the interaction of each of the student's race and his academic (scientific - literary). And have formed the core of the study sample (300) students were chosen at random from among the simple students studying sections of the second year of secondary Bthanuyat city of Ouargla during the school year (2012-2013). It also relied on the collection of data on the battery is composed of two measures, namely: - A measure of emotional intelligence preparation of Osman and Rizk (2001) and developed by the Salim Ali Algraybeh to suit the environment Arabia and secondary school students. - Gauge the effectiveness of self-prepared by Mahmoud Mahmoud Kazem (2008) for high school students. It was reassuring to the validity of these scales through a scoping study for the purpose of calculating the psychometric properties before they are applied in the study of basic and processed the data using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 16.0), and the study concluded the following results: - First, the level of self-efficacy was average among members of the sample, where the rate (00%) of the low level, and (80.66%) of the average level, and (19.33%) of the high level. - Second, there is a positive correlation statistically significant differences between every dimension of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy, and the total score for the measure of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy for the study sample. - Third, there are no statistically significant differences in self-efficacy among the students of the second year of secondary attributed to the interaction of sex and academic specialization. - Fourth: there are no statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence attributed to the interaction of sex and academic specialization. The analysis and interpretation of these results has been done in the light of previous studies, and theoretical heritage.
