dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to highlight the importance of social responsibility in SMEs in Algeria, as a strategic option imposed by the changes in development trends. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 industrial companies representing the industrial enterprises of SMEs distributed to various areas of industrial activity in the region of Batna. 40 enterprises have responded to the questions. For data analysis, we used the SPSS; specific to the processing of data in social science. In addition, it has been proven that the commitment to social responsibility SMEs affect their environmental and social performance, which normally leads to the achievement of sustainable development.en_US
