أثر الإيجار التمويلي على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية المصغرة مؤسستي أنابيب وقدور بطشيم 'نموذجا للفترة 2011-2017

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر الايجار التمويلي على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، حيث اعتمدنا في ذلك على أسلوب تحليل النسب المالية لمؤسستين مستأجرتين للفترة 2011-2017 من خلال 13 نسبة مالية مختلفة التصنيف لسنوات قبل وبعد حصول المؤسستين على الايجار التمويلي، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن الايجار التمويلي يساهم بشكل ايجابي وبدرجة كبيرة في تحسين أداء المؤسستين، كماأنهيحققفرصةلتحسينصورةميزانيتهماأمامالمحللالمالي والمهتمين وأصحاب المصالح.

The ultimate objective of this study is to measure the impact of finance lease on the financial performance of the Algerian economic enterprise, where we adopted at the financial ratios analysis of the two institutions leased style for the period 2011-2017, through 13 different financial ratio Classification for years before and after the two institutions for a finance lease, and the study has been concluded Lease rent that contribute positively and significantly to improve the performance of the two institutions, it serves as an opportunity to improve the image of their budgets to the financial analyst and stakeholders.
