Contribution à l’extraction et l’activité de l’huile essentielle du Pélargonium graveolens ‘’L’Hér’’ de la région d’Ouargla

Abstract

الھدف من ھذا العمل ھو المساھمة في تثمین نبتة طبیة متواجدة في منطقة ورقلة تدعى اللقلقي (المعروفة بالعطرشیة)، حیت قمنا باستخلاص الزیت الطیار للجزء الھوائي للنبتة باستخدام التقطیر المائي. المردود المتحصل علیھ والتحالیل كروماتوغرافیا الطبقة الرقیقة بینت أن مكونات الزیت التجاري و .AFNOR الفیزیوكیمیائیة كانت مطابقة لمعاییر المستخلص متقاربة و أظھرت الاختبارات البیولوجیة لزیت اللقلقي أن لھ تأثیرا مضادا للأكسدة ومضادا للبكتیریا ومضادا للفطریات.

Ce travail est une contribution à la valorisation d’une plante médicinale, cultivée dans la région d’Ouargla, il s’agit du Pélargonium graveolens. Nous avons extrait l'huile essentielle de la partie aérienne de la plante par Hydrodistillation. Le rendement obtenu et les analyses physico-chimiques sont conformes aux normes AFNOR. La chromatographie sur couches minces a montré que les composants de l'huile commerciale et extraite sont similaires. Les tests biologiques ont montrée que cette huile possède un effet anti-oxydant, antibactérien et antifongique.

This Work contributes to the valorisation of a medicinal plant grown in the region of Ouargla, the plant in question is the rose-Geranium. The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation of its aerial part. The yield earned and physico-chemical analyses conform tothe AFNOR standards, besides the Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC)showed that the components of the commercialized oil matched those of our extracted oil, finally Laboratory tests have confirmed that this latter has an antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal effects.
