دور المهارات المقاولاتية في تفعيل التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الشباب دراسة ميدانية على عينة من حامل المشاريع المتوجهين إلى L'ANSEJ

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة المقاولة وأهم المهارات المقاولاتية التي يجب أن تتوفر لدى المقاول والتي تساعده على إدارة وتسيير مؤسسته ،والتي تعتبر سببا في نجاحها أو فشلها، ويعالج موضوع بحثنا إشكالية :إلى أي مدى تساهم المهارات المقاولاتية في تفعيل التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الشباب حيث قمنا بدراسة عينة من حاملي المشاريع ANSEJ واعتمدنا في معالجة هذا الموضوع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتمت معالجته عن طريق الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميدانية ولذلك تم إستخدام برنامج SPSS 20 لمعالجة وتحليل المعطيات المجمعة من عينة الدراسة وأهم ما تمكنا التوصل إليه هو أن معظم أفراد العينة يمتلكون مهارات تسييرية وشخصية عالية هذا ما يفسر توجههم نحو طلب التمويل من وكالة ANSEJ، بينما نجد أن المهارات التقنية متوسط نوعا ما، لأن الإهتمام بصقل مثل هذه المهارات ضعيف خاصة عند المتحصلين على الشهادات من التكوين المهني.
