Abstract

نظر لتفشي كل من ظاهرة البطالة و الفقر الذي باتت نسبه في تزايد كبيرا، الأمر الذي جعل الدولة تبحث في السبل و الآليات الكفيلة بالحد من هذه الظاهرة ، و في سبيل ذلك تم اعتماد سياسة القروض المصغرة ، و التي تساهم إلى حد ما في خلق مناصب شغل جديدة للأفراد عديمي الدخل. بما أن فئة الشباب تمثل طاقة المستقبل, عمدت الدولة إلى إنشاء هيأت مانحة للقرض المصغر، من بينها هيئة خاصة للشباب في إطار تمويل مشاريعهم المصغرة ، و هي" الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب" التي اتخذنا منها محلا للدراسة الميدانية لهذا البحث ، فمن خلالها توصلنا إلى أن لهذه الوكالة دور فعال في خلق مناصب شغل للشباب، و إعطائهم فرص لتجسيد أفكارهم و مشاريعهم الخاصة على أرض الواقع من أجل أن تساهم في النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني من جهة و القضاء على البطالة من جهة أخرى.
