أخلاقيات المهنة و السّلوك الوظيفي للطبيب الجزائري دراسة ميدانية للأطباء الخواص بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى التزام الطبيب بأخلاقيات المهنة من خلال سلوكه الوظيفي ، و لمعرفة هذا عن قرب طرحنا التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : هل يتقيد الطبيب الجزائري بأخلاقيات المهنة من خلال سلوكه الوظيفي ؟ و تندرج تحته التساؤلات الفرعية التالية : - ما هي الأخلاقيات المهنية المرتبطة بممارسة وظيفة الطبيب ؟ - كيف يلتزم الطبيب في مكان عمله بأخلاقيات المهنة ؟ - ما هي الأسباب التي تقف وراء هذا الالتزام أو عدمه ؟ و للإجابة على التساؤلاتاعتمدنا على منهج المسح الاجتماعي و بالتحديد المسح بالعينة ، مستخدمين في ذلك أدوات لجمع البيانات (الملاحظة و الاستبيان)معتمدين على عينة مكونة من 34 مفردة من الأطباء الخواص بمدينة ورقلة أخذت بطريقة قصدية و يتمتعون بخبرة لا تقل عن سنتين (02)، و دامت الدراسة الميدانية حوالي شهرين وأسفرت الدراسة على عدة نتائج أهمها التزام الأطباء الخواص بأخلاقيات المهنة من خلال سلوكهم الوظيفي.

current study aimed to know the extent of the obligation of a physician ethics of the profession of career during his behavior, and to know that the following main near we question: Do you adhere to Algerian doctor ethics of the profession through career behavior? Othersecondary questions refer to it , including : - What is the professional ethics associated with the exercise of the doctor? -How to commit to the doctor in place of work ethics of the profession? - What are the reasons behind this commitment or not? And to answer the questions we have adopted the approach of social survey and specifically sample survey, using the tools to collect data ( observation and the questionnaire) dependent on a sample of 34 doctors from single properties in Ouargla taken in a manner and with expertise not less than two years (02), and as long as field study about two months and resulted in several of the results of the study, the most important commitment of private doctors ethics of the profession of career through their behavior.
