Abstract: The survive of organizations depends in their adaptive capacity to continuous changes that take place in their environment .the key to this adaptation is organizational change. It is completely normal that this organizational change causes various reactions from members of the organization that can slow down or motivate change programs. To clarify the following question ( What are the reactions of workers towards the change that has been in complex engines and tractors (wadi hmimime Constantine)? we have chosen to study the experience of the restructuring and sharing that has known the complex in 29 June 2009 and witch has dividing it in two independent companies now farm tractors and engines business
