Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة المعنونة ب" أنماط القيادة وانعكاساتها على أداء الأساتذة الباحثين في جامعة الوادي" إلى الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي: ما هو اثر النمط المنتهج على أداء الأساتذة الباحثين في جامعة الوادي؟ ويتفرع منه التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: هل يساهم النمط الديمقراطي في التأثير عل أداء الأساتذة الباحثين في جامعة الوادي؟ و ما اثر النمط التسلطي على أداء الأساتذة الباحثين في جامعة الوادي؟و كيف يؤثر النمط المتساهل على أداء الأساتذة الباحثين في جامعة الوادي؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات اتبعنا جملة من الإجراءات المنهجية وهذه الإجراءات على النحو التالي: التفاعلية الرمزية في دراسة موضوع القيادة والأداء وكذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج الأقرب والمناسب للدراسة، أما الأدوات التي تم بها جمع المعلومات فتمثلت في الملاحظة البسيطة والاستمارة وقد طبقت على عينة من الأساتذة الباحثين في جامعة الوادي بكليتي العلوم الاجتماعية والعلوم الإنسانية، كانت نوع العينة طبقية تناسبية، لتخلص الدراسة إلى أن النمط السائد في جامعة الوادي هو النمط الديمقراطي باعتباره الأكثر تحقيقا للرضا الوظيفي للأساتذة الباحثين وتأثيره الجيد على أدائهم، والابتعاد قدر الإمكان عن النمط الديكتاتوري والتسيبي. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة، الأداء الوظيفي، الأستاذ الباحث، النمط الديمقراطي، الديكتاتوري، التسيبي، الجامعة. Summary of the study: Aims of the study entitled "the leadership styles and their impact on the performance of the Faculty researchers at the University Of El Oued" to answer the main question: what is the impact of the style used on the performance of the Faculty researchers at the University Of El Oued? The main question is divided to the following sub-questions: Did the democratic style contribute to influence on performance of Faculty researchers at the University Of El Oued? and what impact of authoritarian style on the performance of them? And how lenient style affects the performance of them, And To answer these questions, we follow the inter action methodology and procedures as follows: Interactive avatar in the study of leadership and performance as well as using descriptive style as considered the closest and the efficient approach of the study, About the tools witch helped us to gather information was the simple observation and form, applied to a sample of researchers at the University Of El Oued of the faculties of Social Sciences and Humanities Sciences, the type specimen of this laminar proportional to conclud the study that the dominant pattern in the University Of El Oued is the most democratic style to job satisfaction of Faculty Researchers and its good affects on their performances, and as far away as possible from the chaos dictatorial style : Keywords Leadership, impact performance, Faculty research style democratic, chaos dictatorial, University.
