Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى توضيح الأداء الاعتيادي لشركة المساهمة،ومدى أهمية قيامها بهذا الأداء وتأثيره على الشركة وعلى نشاطها الممارس،وقد تبين من نتائج هذه الدراسة أن شركة المساهمة تلخص ممارستها لأدائها الاعتيادي في تخصيص النتائج الربحية وتحديد الخسائر،وأدائها في تغيير رأسمالها بالزيادة أو التخفيض،كذلك في قيامها بتنظيم حساباتها من خلال إعدادها لميزانيتها السنويةوقدرتها على إعداد القوائم والتقارير المالية، التي تحتوي على معلومات وبيانات محاسبية تخضع لمعايير النظام المحاسبي المالي وتتميز بالدقة والموثوقية،والتي تعبر عن انجازاتها ومشاريعها Lobjectif de cette etude consiste aexamirerla perlofrmance de la soue et l’importance de ce lonctionnemen ainsi que leur inffuence sur son activite.apartir des reseltatsobtunus nous consrabons que son fonctionn est resied dans l’organisation des comptes et la madulation de son conpith en aagmentatiom ou er reduction.
