Through this research we tried to study and analyze a cash flow (treasury) of Batisud as an economic enterprise active in the construction sector. The main problematic of the study is: How can Batisud manage its cash flow in the light of the particularity of the construction sector in Algeria during 2010/2013? To accomplish this purpose, we used the case study method, and we used certain financial ratios (liquidity ratios, activity ratios, working capital and working capital needs). The results show that Batisud is financially unbalanced as cash flow was positive in 2010/2011 and negative during 2012/2013. Thus, it is necessary that Batisud must adopt a treasury management system to balance its treasury.
