أثر تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الإقتصادية

Abstract

حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على موضوع أثر تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية باستخدام أحد أهم القوائم المالية وهو جدول تدفقات الخزينة، محاولين الإجابة على إشكالية البحث المتمثلة في مدى تأثير تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية باستخدام جدول تدفقات الخزينة. حيث نهدف في دراستنا هذه إلى محاولة معرفة دور جدول تدفقات الخزينة ومساهمته في تسيير الخزينة, وتقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة مستخدمين مؤشرات التوازن المالي، وذلك بإسقاطها ميدانيا على المؤسسة الوطنية للتموين بالخشب ENAB، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي الموافق للدراسة. بإستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة وإستنادا إلى النتائج المتوصل إليها, خلصت الدراسة إلى أن جدول تدفقات الخزينة المعد من طرف المؤسسة ساهم بالكشف عن نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف الموجودة في الخزينة، حيث نجد أن المؤسسة سجلت نتائج إيجابية خلال الفترة المدروسة، هذا ما جعل المؤسسة متوازنة ماليا على المدى المتوسط وهذا لقدرة دورة الإستغلال على توليد تدفقات نقدية كافية لتغطية دورة الإستثمار والتمويل.
