جودة علاقات العمل الاجتماعية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من عمال المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالحجيرة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة جودة علاقات العمل الاجتماعية بين عمال المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية ودراسة الفروق في ذلك تبعا لمتغيري الجنس و الأقدمية لهذا الغرض صمم استبيان خاص بعد اطلاع الباحثة على العديد من الدراسات السابقة وبعد التأكد من خصائصة السيكومترية حيث قدرت قيمة معامل الثبات بـطرقة ألفا كرومباخ ـــ(93 ،0 ) وقيمة معامل الصدق بـــــــــ طريقة الاتساق الداخلي امتدت ما بين (82 ،88 ) تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (62 ) عامل وعاملة وقد أظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية . 1 – درجة جودة علاقات العمل الاجتماعية عالية (85 % ). 2 – عدم وجود فروق جوهرية في درجة علاقات العمل الاجتماعية بين العمال تبعا لمتغير الجنس 3 – توجد فروق جوهرية في درجة العلاقات بين العمال تبعا للأقدمية فسرت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء أدبها السابق وقدمت بعض المقترحات التي كان من أهمها تعزيز علاقات العمل الاجتماعية ولما ذلك من أثر في سير نجاح المنظمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: جودة علاقات العمل الاجتماعية

Cette étude visait à déterminer le degré de qualité du travail social entre les institutions publiques de santé des relations de travail de voisinage et l'étude des différences en fonction des variables de sexe et de l'ancienneté pour cette conçu un but spécial de questionnaire après briefing chercheur sur la plupart des études précédentes et après la confirmation de ses propriétés termes psychométriques de coefficient de fiabilité estimé Alpha écart Krumbach (93,0) et la valeur de la méthode du coefficient de l'honnêteté de la cohérence interne se propager entre (82.88) a été appliquée à un échantillon de 62 travailleurs domestiques L'étude a montré les résultats suivants. 1 degré - la qualité des relations de travail social élevé (85%). 2 - L'absence de différences significatives dans le degré des relations de travail entre les travailleurs sociaux en fonction de la variable sexe 3 - Il existe des différences significatives dans le degré des relations entre les travailleurs en fonction de l'ancienneté Il a interprété les résultats de l'étude à la lumière de la littérature précédente et a fait quelques propositions qui était le travail le plus important de promouvoir les relations sociales et l'impact de celle de la conduite de la réussite de l'organisation Eywords : quality of social labor relations

Abstract This study aimed to find out the degree of quality of social work between public institution Health neighborly labor relations and the study of differences in depending on the variables of sex and seniority for this designed a special questionnaire purpose after briefing researcher on many of the previous studies and after confirmation of its properties psychometric terms of reliability coefficient estimated Alpha deviation Krumbach (93.0) and the value of honesty coefficient method for internal consistency spread between (82.88) has been applied to a sample of 62 domestic workers The study showed the following results. 1 degree - the quality of social labor relations high (85%). 2 - The lack of significant differences in the degree of social labor relations between workers depending on the variable sex 3 - There are significant differences in the degree of relations between workers depending on seniority It interpreted the results of the study in light of the previous literature and made some proposals that was the most important work to promote social relationships and what the impact of that in the conduct of the organization's success.
