علاقـــة الاتــزان الانفعـالـي بالتدفق النفـسي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الاتزان الانفعالي والتدفق النفسي لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة، من خلال التعرف على مستوى المتغيرين لدى العينة، كما سعت إلى دراسة مدى دلالة الفروق في كل منهما تبعا: للجنس، الأقدمية، المادة المدرسة.

The study aims to reveal the relationship between the emotional stability and the psychological flow among a sample of secondary school teachers in Ouargla city, by recognizing the level of the tow variables at the sample. Also, it seeks to examine the sign of the differences in each of them depending on: sex, seniority, school subject.
