Abstract:	The objective of this research is to efficiency of the electronic information system of the national foundation ENAGEO, compared with the foreign institution HESS, by partitions (human resources, Hardware, databases, software), and the information in itself, and the importance and effectiveness of Audit), The comparison process carried out by matching what is in the two institutions are available in these partition, the study concluded that there are shortcomings in the national Foundation ENAGEO, compared with the foreign company HESS.
