دور التكوين الجامعي في تفعيل التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة "دراسة لعينة من طلبة علوم التسيير، العلوم التطبيقية والعلوم الزراعية بجامعة ورقلة 2015/2016"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى مساهمة التكوين الجامعي في تفعيل التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة ، وكذا التعرففيما إذا كانت المعارف والمؤهلات التي يقدمها التكوين الجامعي تسمح للطالب بأن يشرع في مشروعه الخاص ،حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 111 طالب مقبل على التخرج في تخصصات علوم التسيير ، العلوم التطبيقية والعلوم الزراعية وفي مستويات مختلفة )ليسانس ، ماستر، دكتوراه ( بجامعة ورقلة ، حيث اعتمدنا في جمعتوصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج ، spss v. البيانات على الإستبيان وتحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي 19تمثلت أهمها في : التكوين الجامعي يسهم في تفعيل التوجه المقاولاتي ، لم يكن للسمات الشخصية أي تأثير علىالتوجه المقاولاتي للطالب، بالإضافة إلى وج ود فروق في التوجه المقاولاتي بين التخصصات؛ في حين لم يحدث كلا من الجنس ، المستوى الدراسي و الخبرة المهنية أية فروق في التوجه المقاولاتي

We aim through this study to investigate the contributions of the universityformation in activating the entrepreneurial intention among students, as well asto identify whether the knowledge and qualifications that offered by theuniversity formation allows the student to proceed at his own project, where thestudy was conducted on a sample made up of 113 students who will graduate indifferent disciplines: management sciences, Applied sciences and agriculturalsciences at different levels (Licence , Master, Doctorat) at the University of Ouargla, where we adopted in data collection on the questionnaire and analyzedit by the statistical program SPSS v.19,The study have reached as results that the university formation contributes tothe activation of intention entrepreneurial but the personality traits did notaffecting the intention entrepreneurial of the student, and there are differences in the entrepreneurial intention between disciplines, while the sex, the academiclevel and professional experience did not make any differences in theentrepreneurial intention.
