Abstract

This article examines a sample of Indefinite Duration Employment Contracts (IDEC) in companies placed under the authority of the Algerian Ministry of Communication. Its assumptions are based on the existence of differences between the contractual clauses in these companies as well as the incompleteness of the IDECs, taking up one of the founding assumptions of the theory of incomplete contracts.
