L’Artificial- Lift choix d’un mode d’activation adequat dans le champ d’el-adeb larache

Abstract

The activation of the Wells was of major importance in any exploitation of oil, the purpose of this work is search for the choice of the mode of activation the more adequate in the field of El AdebLarache. The mechanism of main drainage in the tank F4 is the drainage by aquifer, but with the time the production decreases, by what the percentage of water (water cut) is very high and the tank has not been able to product with its own clean energy, from 1970. Twelve wwells have product with the technique of Auto gas-lift, this operation has accelerated the came from water, the depletion of the pressure resulted in the closure of several wells. To improve the recovery it is necessary to have recourse to one of the recovery methods which assisted is "artificial-lift". The main objective of our study is to examine the different modes of activation for improving the production of the field of el-ADEB Larache and resolve the problem of drilled water (water cut), that is to say discount of field in production by the installation of gas lift or the installation of pumps ESP or rod pumps and the choice of the best mode of activation is based on the technical and economic study. Keywords: water cut , pomping , gas lift , activation.L’activation des puits a une importance majeure dans toute exploitation pétrolière, le but de ce travail est rechercher le choix du mode d’activation le plus adéquat dans le champ d’El Adeb Larache. Le mécanisme de drainage principal dans le réservoir F4 est le drainage par aquifère, mais avec le temps la production diminue, par ce que le pourcentage d’eau (water cut) est très élevé et le réservoir n’a pas pu produit avec son énergie propre, à partir de 1970. Douze puits ont produit avec la technique d’Auto gas-lift, cette opération a accéléré les venues d’eau, la déplétion de la pression entrainé la fermeture de plusieurs puits. Pour améliorer la récupération il faut avoir recours à une des méthodes de récupération assistées qui est « artificial-lift ». L’objectif principal de notre étude est d’étudier les différents modes d’activation pour améliorer la production du champ d’EL-ADEB LARACHE et résoudre le problème des percés d’eau (water cut), c’est à dire remise de champ en production par l’installation de gaz lift ou l’installation des pompes ESP ou des pompes aux tiges (rod pumps) et le choix du meilleur mode d’activation est basé sur l’étude technico-économique.
