دور لوحة القيادة في إتخاذ القرارت المالية داخل المؤسسة المالية "دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري- غرداية" خلال الفترة 2017

Abstract

تتأثر المؤسسة الإقتصادية بالمتغرات المتسارعة للبيئة،مما يؤثر على نموها المستمر وتحقيق أداء مالي متميز، الذي يظهر خاصة في القرارات المالية المتخذة، مما ينجم عليها ضرورة إعتماد طريقة تسييرية حديثة وفعالة والتي من أبرزها نجد لوحة القيادة التي عمدت معظم المؤسسات إلى تبني هذه الأداة سعيا منها للحفاظ على مراقبة سير أنشطتها والتمكن من تحليل وضعيتها وإتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب. حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة التي بينا ايدينا إلي معرفة مدى أهمية إستخدام أدوات مراقبة التسيير في إتخاد القرارات المالية في المؤسسات ولدراسة ذلك قمنا بإسقاط الجانب النظري علي البنك الوطني الجزائري لمعرفة مدى مساهمة لوحة القيادة في تحسين إتخاد القرار وتحقيق أهدافها المسطرة لرفع كفاءة وفعلية المؤسسة.

The economic institution is affected by rapid environmental changes, which affect its continuous growth and achieve outstanding financial performance, which is especially evident in the financial decisions taken, resulting in the need to adopt a modern and effective method of management, the most prominent of which is the dashboard that most institutions adopted this tool To maintain control of the conduct of their activities and to be able to analyze their situation and to evoke corrective actions in a timely. This study aimed at un derstanding the importance of using the dashboard in making financial decisioms, In order to study this we have dropped the theoretical aspect of Algerian national bank, to see how the dashboard improve decision makin, and achieve the institution s goals to improve the efficiency of the instituion.
