Abstract

The study aimed to identify the most important training needs selected in a random clustered sample consisting of (64) elementary school teachers in the 6th district of Ouargla city in the academic year 2015/2016. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method and the training needs questionnaire, and the most important finding in the study is: There are urgent training needs in the study sample in the sub-competencies of the dimensions of the form: planning, implementation and evaluation.
