Abstract: The study aimed to try to identify the reality of social responsibility in the Algerian institutions under the governance organization and attempting to overthrow it as a sample of the Algerian food industry companies, trying to answer the following question pivotal: What is the reality of the food industry organizations in Algeria, the dimensions of social responsibility under the application's commitment governance rules? Where study results reveal the existence of a high level of social responsibility in the Algerian surveyed institutions, and attributes the researchers, this finding to the regulatory privacy that are characterized by food industry companies in the study of flexibility in response to external variables which are managed and directed by the march, which act as a social responsibility himself.
