تقييم جودة نظام المعلومات الإلكتروني دراسة حالة: شركة سوناطراك- حوض بركاوي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى جودة نظام المعلومات الإلكتروني في شركة "سوناطراك " المديرية الجهوية لقسم الإنتاج حوض بركاوي، وذالك بالإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة المطروحة واختبار فرضياتها، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة حالة، الملاحظة ، والمقابلة الشخصية مع رئيس مصلحة إعلام آلي وعمال المصلحة ورؤساء المصالح أخرى، إضافة إلى الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على عينة قصدية من موظفي الشركة، وتحليل بياناته باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Spss نسخة 21. حيث توصلنا إلى : تتميز موارد النظام( أجهزة، برامج، شبكات، سياسات أمنية ...) بجودة عالية و هذا راجع ان المؤسسة لديها امكانيات مالية لتوفير الموارد، كما ان المرسسسة لها نظام امن فعال من حيث السياسات المتبعة و القوانين، اما بالنسبة لجودة المعلومات توصلنا ان النظام يوفر معلومات في الوقت المناسب و بالدقة ، إلا ان عنصر الملائمة غير محقق أي ان المؤسسة لا تستغل كل قدرات النظام في جميع الوظائف إذ ان بعض الوظائف لا تزال تعتمد على الاكسل، و هذا بسبب نقص التكوين، الوعي، و دعم الادارة العليا للاستغلال الكلي للنظام.

The aim of this study is to determine the quality of the electronic information system at SONATRACH, the regional directorate of the Barkawi Basin Production Department, and to answer the problem of the proposed study and test its hypotheses, based on the descriptive approach and the case study methodology. And other heads of departments, in addition to the questionnaire distributed to a sample of employees of the company, and analysis of data using the statistical package for social sciences Spss version 21. We conclude that system resources (devices, programs, networks, security policies ...) are of high quality. That means that the company has financial resources to provide resources. The Company has an effective security system in terms of policies and laws. Regarding the quality of information, we found that the system provides information in a timely and accurate manner. However, the element of convenience is not realized; the company does not exploit all the system's capabilities in all functions. Some of the jobs are still dependent on Excel, due to lack of: training, conscience and supporting of high administration for the system.
