Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه إدارة معرفة الزبون في تحسين الأداء التسويقي، حيث تم أجراء هذه الدراسة على مستوى المديرية الجهوية للمؤسسة من خلال معالجتنا للإشكالية التالية" كيف يمكن أن تساهم إدارة معرفة الزبون في تحسين الأداء التسويقي في شركة اتصالات الجزائر للهاتف النقال موبليس ؟"، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لإجراء هذه الدراسة كما تم القيام بمقابلات مع مسؤولي الشركة إضافة إلى الاعتماد على تصميم استمارة أسئلة (إستبانة)، وأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي:
• وجود مستوى مرتفع وجيد للأداء التسويقي في المؤسسة
• وجود مستوى مرتفع وإدارة معرفة الزبون في المؤسسة؛
• وجود علاقة ارتباطيه طردية متوسطة تقدر ب(50.6) بين إدارة معرفة الزبون والأداء التسويقي لمؤسسة موبيليس. The aim of this study is to know the role played by the customer knowledge management in improving marketing perfomance.
