Abstract: | The topic of professionalethics has become one of the most important contemporary issues, since the primarypurpose of preserving, the ethicalside of the administration is to restore trust, and establish good relations between the administration and the citizen. The decline in professionalethicsusually leads to behavioraldeviations, on the part of administrative servants againstcustomers. This iswhatwe call administrative corruption, the mostdangerous type of corruption at all, as itparalyzes the administration, and makesitunable to carry out itspropertasks. As such , not onlythatitisnecessay to promoteproffessionalethics, in administrations, but alsoitisnecessary to provideenoughpractical training on it for officialsso as to help them,acquire and professionally practice ethics, in their job practices. |
