دور التخطيط المالي في نمو المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة تطبيقية لعينة مؤسستين اقتصادية بولاية ورقلة خلال الفترة 2015-2017

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إبراز دور التخطيط المالي في نمو المؤسسات الاقتصادية، من خلال دراسة أساسية لهذا التخطيط المالي باستخدام تقديرات الموازنة ومؤشرات النمو المالي، اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على مؤسسة بناء جنوب شرق ورقلة ومؤسسة الردم التقني ورقلة، خلال الفترة الممتدة من2015-2016-2017، حيث يتم استخدام كل منها لموازنة المبيعات ، لموازنة مشتريات المستهلك وتقديرات الميزانية الأخرى, من خلالها استخرجنا انحرافات المؤسسة ومدى معالجة هذه الانحرافات. وكيف تؤثر هذه التقديرات على نمو المؤسسة الإقتصادية ،في الأخير وصلنا إلى عدة نتائج ، أهمها هو وجود علاقة مباشرة بين التخطيط المالي ونمو المؤسسة.

This study aims to highlight To highlight the role of financial planning in the growth of economic institutions Through a basic study of this financial planning using budget estimates and indicators of financial growth، In this study we relied on an institution the Building Southeast Ouargla and Technical landfill Ouargla، During the period from 2015-2016 to 2017 Where each is used to balance sales، to balance consumer purchases and other budget estimates. Through which we extracted the deviations of the institution and the extent of addressing these deviations. And how these estimates affect the growth of the economic institution، and in the end we reached several results، the most important is the direct relationship between financial planning and the growth of the institution.
