Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر رأس المال النفسي على الأداء الوظيفي، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد أبعاد رأس المال النفسي (الفعالية الذاتية، التفاؤل، الأمل والمرونة). وقد تبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أداة الإستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) عامل تابع لمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة. فكانت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: • وجود مستوى عال لمفهومي رأس المال النفسي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى العاملين؛ • وجود أثر إيجابي لأبعاد رأس المال النفسي على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة؛ • وجود علاقة ارتباطيه طرديه قوية بين رأس المال النفسي كمتغير مستقل والأداء الوظيفي كمتغير تابع

This study aims to analyze the impact of psychological capital on job performance, in order to achieve this it was adopred the indicators of psychological capital(self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience).The study adopted the analytical descriptive method, using the questionnaire as an essential tool for data collection, the study sample consisted of (100) workers belonging to the directorate of electricity and gas distribution in ouargla. The results of the study as follows: • There is a high level of psychological capital concepts and job performance of employees; • There is a positive impact of the dimensions of psychological capital on the performance of employees in institution under study; • There is a strong correlation between psychological capital as an independent variable and functional performance as a dependent
